Each opportunity requires a new registration. Each player has a player account with fundraising being applied. Once over all fundraising goal is met, excess can be applied directly to your account!

Oregon June 12th - June 22nd

Anchorage July 9th-12th

(side note 10U might have All-Stars for Little League in Sitka that week- separate from club)

Other opportunities may arise as the year progresses.

Commitments/Travel Requirements

1. Registration, Fees & Airfare

Travel Teams will be announced in March.
Commit and register (and pay deposits) by March 1st to play on the Travel Team
Airfare - all players traveling with the group will be on a group reservation and pay airfare amount. Any player on a separate reservation will be required to travel with their own adult.
Attend a required parent meeting.
Pay remaining fee by May 1st for Oregon and July 1st for Anchorage, after fundraising discount applied.
Provide adequate spending money for trip ($40 min /day suggested)

The player fee with fundraising covers housing, vans, gas, tournament fees, NAFA registration, insurance, uniforms, clinic/camp, gear and some team meals.

2. Fundraising (all subject to change)

Fun fact, without fundraising each player would have to pay approximately $1,750 (plus airfare) for just the Oregon trip.
Fundraising events offset player fees and expenses.
Required Fundraisers may include-

o Vertical Raise

o Raffle Tickets

o Others: (depending on the success of the above fundraisers)

- Hotdog Sales, Car Wash, Bake Sale

Each family is required to volunteer and contribute to each of these events.

3. Attendance

Participation at a travel-ball level requires commitment and dedication from all participants (managers, coaches, parents and players). A commitment to regularly attending practices, being an active participant in fundraisers, and SFSC sponsored fundraising events is a requirement.
Players will participate in practices unless previously arranged and approved by the coaches.
