WHAT: 
Our most competitive players travel to a minimum of one tournament. Our yearly tournament is a 10 day trip typically to Oregon. Players will compete in 2 tournaments and throughout the week attend clinics and play in pick up games. The teams house and transport with coaches and team parents. There's plenty of team bonding and fun throughout the week as well. Each travel opportunity will be evaluated as they arise. 

WHEN:  
Our 10 day trip happens every year typically in mid June. Players fly down on a Friday and fly home 10 days later on a Monday. Other opportunities may arise anytime spring through fall.

WHERE: 
Our longest trip is to Newberg Oregon, but subject to change. Others maybe within or out of state.

WHO:
This tournament is open to all Sitka Fastpitch members as long as there's enough players to go in that age group. If we have more interest then spots available we follow our team selection process. This depends on prior experience, skills, commitment to the club and more. 

COMITTMENT: 
We ask that players submit our interest form at the beginning of the year. Teams are selected by February. Players are responsible for getting plane tickets and paying a fee to help cover housing, transportation, clinics, food, insurance, uniforms and other travel costs. All players are required to fundraise. Practices will be determined yearly by the coach.
